Are three stone engagement rings right for you?

Many people are familiar with the style of 3 stone engagement rings because of the distinctive three prominent stones as opposed to one or two stone engagement rings.  The three stone engagement rings are considered a more modern form of engagement ring styles. Therefore the versatility in stone colors is limited to preserve it distinctive qualities.  Additionally the three stone setting does not allow for other prominent stone to be mounted on the band since it will take away from the otherwise more distinctive three stone meaning.   Therefore future brides who are considering the three stone styles have to absolutely match their taste in diamond engagement rings. 

On the other hand while this style may appeal to many brides to be the size of stone and quality of metal may present a financial burden and will not fit into most couples’s budget.  The good news is this more contemporary style of engagement ring can be scaled down in diamond carats however not to low as to diminish the traditional glow and fire of the stones.   And if the price to scale down the diamond sizes still presents a financial strain lower quality of stones such as the Cubic Zirconia or Moissanite Crystal can serve as and excellent alternative yet affordable stone which yields a higher luster and no inclusions as the traditional diamond setting.   

Three stone engagement rings are quite brilliant however this multi stone engagement ring has limitations where other engagement ring styles may be more versatile as the antique diamond engagement ring that can have either diamond and/or gemstones as both center pieces and accent stones.  However the profound meaning of the three stone rings draws the attentions of many future brides and remains a popular choice despite its limitations.
